Where are you based?

We are based at Providence Row homelessness charity in East London, just off Brick Lane.

Who bakes my goods?

All our goods are baked by trainees with the support of our lead baker. They train up on our bakery trainee scheme, learning to bake delicious recipes, and regaining their confidence.
